This is some of the Monroe County Sheriffs’ Dashcam video of Chris’ arrest on September 10, 2011. It’s a compilation of the events that have forever changed some people’s lives. Sergeant Javier Ortiz can be seen with his gun drawn as he pulls Chris out of the car on misdemeanor warrants. More will be exposed from depositions in the near future!
