Chris appeared in Court on August 12, 2013.  The case was continued and he is now scheduled for a pre-trial hearing on September 9th, with jury selection on September 16th.  The trial will commence within two weeks of 9/16/2013.

Today marks two years from the day of Chris’ first alleged incident. This has been a long travail for Chris, with ups and downs for too many of his friends and family. This chapter will draw to a close next month. Chris is very appreciative of all those who have helped him personally, and to everyone who supports him — thank you!  In solidarity always!
