KEY LARGO, FL : On February 4, 2013, Chris was granted a continuance to April 4, 2013 with trial set for April 22, 2013. Chris’ defense team filed a Motion to Dismiss the Animal Enterprise Disruption charge under the Florida Animal Enterprise Act the State has brought against him. This Motion will be argued sometime in April 2013, there is no date set at this point in time.
As with all cases involving charges against activists, what affects one of us, affects us all. It is so critical that everyone pull together and unite around this common cause – for Chris, for the movement, and for the animals. Thank You!!

I will be supporting this amazing man with everything within my power. As an Australian I have always respected and looked upon America as the leader of the free world. This concept was a fallacy. I am extremely disillusioned with the current state of affairs within the Miami Judicial system and believe it to be one of the most corrupt places on earth.
I remember where I was the second I heard AETA and AEPA were passed. I mourned that they were passed, and the sneaky, undemocratic way they were passed.
I remember the second that I heard an activist was on the homeland security most wanted list and how it pointed out he was a “vegan.”
After decades trying to help animals, and as someone who became a vegan the next meal as a child when I learned eating meat was like eating my family member dog; I can assure you I haven’t made my life harder rescuing animals or trying to become a terrorist. Just the opposite. I became a vegan and animal rights activist to bring peace to the world. It’s not an easy life to see all the suffering, it’s a life I can be proud of. Whether I am rescuing during Hurricane Katrina, donating my body to science for them to study me rather than try to give my illness to an animal who doesn’t get my disease, in the water doing marine mammal rescue, or explaining to people why it is beneficial to them, to the earth and to the animals to be vegan…..I am not a terrorist and don’t know any who do the same kind of work I do.
I have been a Presidential appointee to the White House and they don’t welcome terrorists there.
My goal is to save as many animals as possible and to WAKE UP AMERICA to real terrorism being perpetrated on the animal rights movement. <3 DEMOCRACY FOR ALL.
